Abs/Zone 2. Mondays: 8:45-9:30.

In this class, we'll focus on the core using PILATES, then complete our workout with Zone 2 cardio.

Barre. Wednesday. 8:45-9:30.

Barre is a combo of Pilates, yoga and ballet used to tone your legs and glutes.


Wednesdays on 3rd week. 9:00-9:45.

All Classes are by Donation Only!


Suggested donation - $7 a class, $15 for MELT classes, and if you can, that's awesome! If it's less - still awesome. Do what you can. 

If it's hard to donate now - no problem. Keep coming to class.
